It also articulates the technological tool requirements and the infrastructures involving data collection and processing, where it strongly emphasizes the importance of instituting a decision-making culture with data. It is, therefore, an examination of some trends that might shape the future of sports organizations, like being introduced by artificial intelligence and video analytics, and also challenges associated with such analyses and enhancements. From this analysis, sports organizations stand to position themselves accordingly to enable analytics help improve performances, inform decision-making, and engage fans better.
