Summary
The present study tried to find the relation between Green HRM Practices and Green Innovation in Indian Pharmaceutical Industry. Also, mediating role of Transformational Leadership has been investigated. Survey of 280 employees working in Indian Pharmaceutical firms is taken for study.
The results showcased significant and positive impact of Green Motivation and Green Ability (factors of Green HRM) on Green Innovation. Also, Transformational Leadership significantly mediated the relationships as well. Further, Implication and Limitation were discussed.
