Summary
This chapter delves deeper into the inclusion of generative AI in RPA and the transformative possibility it brings regarding business operation. Issues of companies pertaining to the operational dimension and their evolution from being rule- based to AI-powered systems will also be discussed. This part of the chapter will focus on how generative AI can transform decision- making processes through a better quality of decision- making support and generate content, which would prove to be an instrumental aspect for application in future scenarios. Additionally, the chapter elaborates on other significant advantages of this integration – efficiency and adaptability – as well as describes some challenges and limitations for organizations, including ethical concerns and those workers displaced by this new trend.
